The borrower is a foreign national and a repeat borrower, on his third simultaneous deal with Brick Moon Capital. The scope of work includes replacing the entire kitchen, demolishing and rebuilding two bedrooms, cosmetic enhancements to the exterior of the property, new windows, and new flooring throughout.
